Nona "Joyce" Otto, 83 of Pipe Creek, Ohio died Monday, September 21, 2015 at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

She was born June 19, 1932 at Fork Ridge, Moundsville, WV., a daughter of the late Paul R. Crow and Virginia Bonar Crow.

Joyce was former owner and operator of Valley Greenhouse, a member of Centerville Chapter # 515 Order of Eastern Star, and the Farm Bureau.

She enjoyed cooking and gardening and baked wonderful pies.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Phyllis Pickett and Corinne Lilley.

Surviving are her husband, Benjamin Otto; two children, Theresa (David) Wallace of Stow, Ohio and David Otto of Shadyside; brothers, Paul Junior Crow of Glendale, and Jay Crow of Moundsville; two grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas Wallace.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating. Burial follows in Powhatan Cemetery.
