Nicholas John Kadylak, 50, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024, in St. Clairsville.  He was born November 9, 1973, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of John and Kerry Kotch Kadylak of Elm Grove, West Virginia.

Nicholas was owner/operator of Kadylak Insurance in St. Clairsville and was a member of Kiwanis Club of Wheeling and the St. Clairsville Rotary Club.  He loved science, music and sports. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frances and John Kadylak; his maternal grandparents, Donna Hunter and Richard Kotch.

Surviving are his parents of Wheeling; his wife, Marianne Santimarino Kadylak; his children, Caton R. Kadylak and Casey J. Kadylak all of St. Clairsville; a sister, Lara Kadylak of Washington, DC; his mother-in-law, Bonnie Santimarino of St. Clairsville.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Saturday from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 5 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Wayne Clark officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
