Nellie May Bilyeu, 83, of Centerville, Ohio died May 31, 2019 in Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV.

She was born April 29, 1936 in Jacobsburg, Ohio a daughter of the late James and Delta May Huggins Earliwine.

Nellie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was the bookkeeper for R&R Electronics, a member of Concord Presbyterian Church and member of Weyer Chapter #515 Order of Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Earliwine and Norma Jochum; and six brothers, Bill, Howard, Russell, Raymond, Cyril and Ralph Earliwine.

Nellie is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Willard "Pete" Bilyeu; three children, Judy Bilyeu, Sondra (Chuck) Foster, and Gary (Angie) Bilyeu; two grandchildren, Nick and Lacy Bilyeu; two brothers, Homer and Francis Earliwine; several nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Shadow.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m., with Pastor Karen Byrne officiating.  Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.

Eastern Star Service will be held on Monday at 6:15 p.m.
