Underwood, Nancy L., 74 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, December 24, 2010 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

She was born at Bellaire, Ohio on May 24, 1936 a daughter of the late Richard and Goldie Sutton Kinder.

Nancy was a retired LPN from Barnesville Hospital a member of the Church of Christ at St. Clairsville, the Eagles Auxiliary at Martins Ferry and DAV Auxiliary at Bellaire.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Fred Prosperi, Richard Loew and William L. Underwood; a son Donn Prosperi; daughter-in-law Debbie Prosperi and a grandson, Isaac Winland.

She is survived by her children, Joe Prosperi of North Carolina, Kathi (Ken) Dodd of Barnesville, Lisa Lewis of St. Clairsville, Richard Loew, Jr. of Shadyside, Bill and Ralph Underwood both of Bellaire and Jodi (Mike) Bartnicki of Fairpoint; a sister Lee Ekstrom of Martins Ferry; 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received a the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. with Everett Hutson officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery, Bellaire.
