HORSFALL, Nancy Louise, 71, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Thursday, December 8, 2011 at her home after a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis.

She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on March 3, 1940, daughter of the late William Lee Seckman and Virginia Rose Shockey Seckman.

Nancy was a retired registered nurse. She was member of the East Richland Friends Church. She played in a ladies bridge club and enjoyed boating, swimming and golf.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy W. "Lee" Horsfall.

She is survived by her sons, Brian Lee (Patty) Willett of Louisville, Ohio and Robert Ellwood (Kristen) Willett of Toronto, Ohio; her daughters, Rebecca Elaine (Ray) Sabo of Martins Ferry and Brenda Lea (Willie) Burghy of St. Clairsville, Debra Kay (King) Hill of Solon, Ohio, and Carol Ann (Scott) Foster of Canton, Ohio; a brother, William "Wick" (Bhin) Seckman of Clarksburg, West Virginia; a sister, Susan Beth (Bob) Freeman of Clarksburg, West Virginia; and 12 grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Sunday from 2 to 5:30 p.m. with services to follow at 5:30 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating.
