Blake, Muriel Dorothy, 85 of Lloydsville St., St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday, August 23, 2010 at Cumberland Pointe in St. Clairsville.

She was born November 5, 1924 in England, a daughter of the late Thomas King and Edna Dove King.

Muriel was a retired cook for Belmont Hills Country Club in St. Clairsville and a Methodist.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Charne and Ronald "Dale" Blake.

Surviving are her children, June Mary (Robert) Bowman of St. Clairsville, Derek Thomas Charne of San Diego, CA., and Sandra Dorothy (Larry) McDaniel of Colorado; a sister, Doreen Kybird of England; 3 grandchildren, Kenneth John Lokosky, James Gene McDaniel, and Thomas Michael McDaniel; a great grandson, Cory Joshua Lokosky.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
