Minnie Stepputtis, 79 of Hutchinson Drive, St. Clairsville died Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born at Pawnee City, Nebraska on August 19, 1925 a daughter of the late William and Minnie Meier Droge.
Minnie was a retired secretary for the former Leeds Furniture Co. of Wheeling. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church at St. Clairsville where she was very active in the women?s group. She was also actively involved with the St. Clairsville Council of Churches and performed many volunteer services including working with the Food Pantry and volunteering at Park Health Center.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Wissler.
Surviving are her husband Victor "Vic" Stepputtis; her daughter Susan D. Stepputtis and her son Richard "Rick" Stepputtis and his wife Susan L. all of St. Clairsville; her brother Robert Droge and his wife Carolyn of Dubois, Nebraska; 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church, St. Clairsville on Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Donna Kraus officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
