Millard M. "Jack" Miller, Sr., 81, of Bellaire, died Thursday, May 13, 2004 at his home. He was born on October 1, 1922 at Bellaire, Ohio.

Jack is survived by his wife, Wanda Miller; son, Monte Miller and his wife Ruth Ann of Bellaire; daughter, Patricia A. Long and her husband, Tom of Michigan; a sister, Katherine; and two granddaughters, Jacqueline and Juliann.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the Miller family. Arrangements are by Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
