Mildred Virginia Stack, 92, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, September 30, 2005 in Park Health Center, St. Clairsville. She was born June16, 1913 in Maynard, Ohio, daughter of the late Otto and Mabel Findley Kasik.

Mildred was a retired head waitress from Belmont Hills Country Club in St. Clairsville and former employee from Belmont Press in St. Clairsville. She was a member of the Harbor of Hope Assembly of God in St. Clairsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Clifford Daniel Stack Jr.; and four sisters, Elizabeth Mazeroski, Madalyn Staten, Laura Morrison and Dorothy Bowden.

Surviving are a son, David Stack of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Oralee Johnson of Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Stack of Belmont; a sister, Kathryn Zavacky of Midway; four grandchildren, Clifford "Dan" Stack III of Belmont, Cristi Kalinowski of Belmont, David Stack of St. Clairsville and Amy Sadlowski of St. Clairsville; and 5 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 12 to 2 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville. A memorial service will then be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Harbor of Hope Assembly of God Church in St. Clairsville, with Rev. Dean Myers and Pastor Neil McFarland officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
