Mildred Hazel Doty Gillogly, 92, of St. Clairsville, died November 21, 2018 in Park Health Center.

She was born January 31, 1926 in Midway, Ohio daughter of the late Cecil Doty and Ina Jobes Doty.

Mildred was a former employee of M & K Grocery. She was a former member of Calvary Presbyterian Church. She was an active member of the Belmont County Saddle Club and the 4-H and the Belmont County Fair. She enjoyed making homemade braided rugs, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert "Bob" Gillogly and her brothers, Lewis H. and Melvin C. Doty.

Surviving are her daughter, Patricia (Dick) Gummere of St. Clairsville; two grandchildren, James Kevin (Brook) Gummere of Littleton, Colorado and Rebecca Jane (Bryan) Pope of Bloomville, Ohio; three great granddaughters, Brynn, Elyse and Addy Pope.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating.  Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
