Mildred Maria Monahan Eikelberry, 84 of Warnock, Ohio died Monday, October 3, 2005 at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born at Bellaire, Ohio on October 28, 1920 a daughter of the late Elsworth and Luvina Palmer Monahan.

Mildred was a homemaker and a member of the Warnock Community Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Daniel Eikelberry; brothers Paul Monahan, James Eugene Monahan and Arthur Elsworth Monahan; sisters Pearl Catherine Monahan, Velma Monahan, Ethel Ault, Alma Porter and Alta Myler.

She is survived by a son Daniel Leroy Eikelberry of Lafferty; a daughter Diane Marie Luke of Shadyside; a sister Helen Burtt of Massillon, Ohio; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Diane Jefchak and Rev. Alice Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Jerusalem Cemetery.
