Michael G. King, 78, of St. Clairsville, OH died Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Liza's Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, WV.
He was born June 24, 1942 in Lloydsville, Ohio, a son of the late Harold Coyle and Margaret Ethel Ball King.
Mike was the Team Lead at Sam's Club Tire Department, a Methodist by faith, attended the First Presbyterian Church and proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five sisters, Betty McMahon, Jane Rinkes, Faye Carter, Pauline Brestle and his twin sister, Pat Thomas; a brother, Wayne King.
Surviving are his loving wife of 51 years, Linda Wilhelm King of St. Clairsville; his children, Wendy Kay (Benjamin) Winkler and Steven Michael (Elly) King both of Westerville, OH; five grandchildren, Sam Winkler, Dora Winkler, Brayden King, Jak King and Matthew King.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services on Wednesday at 11 am with Pastor Vance Weeks officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville
Full Military Honors will be conducted graveside by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
