Michael Blaine Wortman, 27, of Belmont, Ohio died March 24, 2019 in Cleveland Clinic.

He was born February 28, 1992 in Manhattan, Kansas son of Laura Marie Wortman.

Michael was a proud 2009 graduate of Union Local High School. He was truly a child of God and was loved by all who knew him. He was a compassionate and loving soul who never judged anyone and only loved life.

He was preceded in death by his cousin, Preston Charles Wortman.

Surviving are his mother, Laura Wortman; brothers, Marcus (Latisha) Hannaman and Matthew Wortman; nieces, Madisyn and Kynleigh Hannaman; grandparents, Charles and Faith Wortman; aunts and uncles, Chuck and Theresa Wortman, Misty Wortman and Darla Adkins; cousins, Olivia Wortman, Tyler Pitner, Katie and Nick Wortman.

A celebration of life service will be held at Union Local High School Commons on Saturday, April 6th from 2-4 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
