Michael J. DeBlasis, 70, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Rolling Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Bridgeport, Ohio.

He was born January 31, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was the only son of the late Joseph and Erma DeBlasis.

Michael was Catholic by faith and retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. He enjoyed working in his yard and the art of Bonsai.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca (Kinnison) DeBlasis.

Surviving are his daughter, Nicole and grandson Niko Sampson of Upper Arlington, Ohio; one sister, Tina Tiller, her husband, William and nephews, Zachery and William, all of Palm Bay, Florida.

At Michaels request, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
