Brandon, Michael W., 59, of Glencoe, Ohio died Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Bellaire on May 21, 1952 a son of Helen Surovec Brandon and the late David L. "Jack" Brandon.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother, David A. Brandon.

Mike was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of Glencoe American Legion Post 632 and Pine Valley Sportsmen's Club.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Kimes Brandon, a son Michael Kimes, his mother Helen Brandon all of Glencoe and his sister, Barbara Vargo of Adena.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Father Dan Heusel officiating. Burial will follow in Glencoe Cemetery.

Belmont Co. Council of American Legions will conduct military honors Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral.
