Melvin C. Fulton, 87, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died March 20, 2021 in Wheeling Hospital.

He was born July 10, 1933 in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a son of the late Lawrence Fulton and Mary L. Groves Fulton.

Melvin was a retired Auto Body Repairman and former employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the St. Clairsville American Legion Post 159.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marcella Porter and a brother, Thomas Fulton.

Melvin is survived by a son, Douglas Fulton; a daughter, Tracy Lynn Roberts; three grandchildren, Caleb Douglas Fulton, Alexa Roberts and Kevin Greenwood.

Honoring Melvin's wishes there will be no public visitation or service held. Private services with burial in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
