Obituary
Melody Elaine Shaw, 47, of Flushing, Ohio, died April 12, 2016 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
She was born March 30, 1969 in Riverside, New Jersey, daughter of the late William Shaw and Twila Manteau Shaw.
Melody loved her family and enjoyed rock and roll music.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Katlin Shaw and a sister, Janina Lawrence; brother, Daryl Van Curen.
Surviving are her daughter, Paige (Justin) Hayes of Winterset, Ohio; a son, William Brokaw of Flushing, Ohio; three sisters, Christina (Allen) Dalpiaz of Denver, Colorado, Lea Ann Snyder of Wintersville, Ohio and Elisa (Cam) Bishop of St. Clairsville; two grandsons, Phoenix Shaw and Kai Shaw both of Denver, Colorado.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Rock Hill Baptist Church in Flushing on Sunday at 1 p.m., with Rev. Robert Merritt officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Tri-County Help Center.
