Mary June Thompson, 86, of Flushing, Ohio, died October 10, 2021, in Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV.

She was born June 19, 1935, in Salineville, Ohio, a daughter of the late George and Della Sprowl Beadnell.

Mary was the former co-owner of King Discount Furniture.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur "Art" Thompson and a brother, Clyde Beadnell.

Mary is survived by her three children, Michele (Marvin) Steed of Barnesville, Kevin (Kathy) Thompson of Midvale, and Brian "B.K." (Amber) Thompson of Lorain; four grandchildren, Madison Thompson of Canton, Sean Thompson, Liam Thompson, and Andrea Thompson all of Lorain; a sister, Ruth Green of St. Clairsville; four brothers, Leslie (Carol) Beadnell of North Benton, John Beadnell of Mechanicstown, Frank (Betty) Beadnell of Salineville and Homer Beadnell of Salineville; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, where services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Flushing Volunteer Fire Dept.
