Mary E. Jendrusik, 78, of St. Clairsville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born September 6, 1936 in Lafferty, Ohio daughter of the late Arthur and Pauline Lewis Jackson.
Mary was a retired cook from Riesbeck's Food Market in St. Clairsville and attended Flushing Alliance Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her crossword puzzles and word searches and loved listening to old time hymns.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Louis Jendrusik Sr.; her son-in-law, Ray Regel; a sister, Martha Arno and an infant sister, Rebecca Jackson; four brothers, William, Robert, Dale and Charlie Jackson; and a nephew, Matt Slone.
Surviving are her two daughters, Debbie (Joe) Lyden of Lafferty and Tammy (Ray) Regel of Midway; her son, Robert Jendrusik Jr. of Fairpoint; a sister, Sandy (Doug) Slone, of Massillon, Ohio; five grandchildren, Lori Hoffman, Michael Lyden, Kristen (Brandon) Fluharty, Christopher (Lindsey) Regel, and Ryan (Kelli) Regel; five great grandchildren, Brianna Hoffman, Harrison Regel, Alex Fluharty, Nick Fluharty and a Fluharty baby on the way; nieces and nephews.
Private Services were held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday at 2 p.m., with Pastor Dean Lancaster officiating. Burial followed in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
