Mary E. Hockenberry, 69, of St. Clairsville, OH died Monday, January 4, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born December 26, 1951 in Wheeling, WV., a daughter of the late David Howard and Nancy Lee Geary Van Horn.

Mary was a homemaker and a member of Martins Ferry United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Alan Hockenberry; a sister, Karen Nice.

Surviving are two sons, Philip (Ratsamy) Hockenberry of Guam, Jeffrey Alan Hockenberry of St. Clairsville; three grandchildren, Alexander, Rayna and Victoria Hockenberry.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 1-3 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with services at 3 pm with Rev. Van Fisher officiating.  Final arrangements at the convenience of the family.
