Obituary
Mary Jane Hirauk, 82, of Fairpoint, Ohio died June 19, 2017 at her home.
She was born in Key, Ohio on October 13, 1934, a daughter of the late Louie and Stella Saffell Lucas.
Mary Jane was a retired employee of the Oakview County Home and Park Health Center. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fairpoint. She was a member of the St. Clairsville Senior Center; the AARP; the Stumptown Auxiliary and the Democratic Women's Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lindsey Hirauk Sr. and two brothers, Charles and Frank Lucas.
Surviving are her sons, John L. (Jill) Hirauk Jr. of Jewett, Ohio and George M. (Laura) Hirauk of Lockport, NY; four grandchildren, Jared L. Hirauk, Juli E. Hirauk, Emily Hirauk and Sarah Hirauk.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. with Pastor Hester Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Morristown, Ohio.
