Mary Louisa Griswold's Obituary
Mary Louisa Griswold, 92, of New Athens, Ohio died Monday, November 2, 2015 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.
She was born October 31, 1923 in Shelton, England, a daughter of the late Albert Law and Violet Hart Law.
She was a Presbyterian, and during WWII she was assigned by the government to work in an ammunition factory in England to further the war effort.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Griswold in 2011; and a sister, Joan Wetzel.
Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Griswold of Shade, Ohio and Jane (Michael) Tolpa of Wheeling; a grandson, Justin (Sally) Tolpa of Columbus, Ohio.
A private interment service will be held at the convenience of the family in Longview Cemetery, New Athens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Liza's Place, 308 Mt. St. Joseph Rd., Wheeling, WV 26003.
