Mary K. Dundr, age 96, of Maynard, Ohio died Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling. She was born November 30, 1908 in Cherry Valley, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Albert and Dorothy Nowak Kafka.

Mary was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Maynard and a member of the PNA Lodge # 455 in Maynard.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Dundr Sr; a daughter, Barbara Ann; three brothers, Joe, John and Steven Kafka; and three sisters, Maria Kafka, Lucy Kafka and Stella Berbig.

Surviving are her daughter, Jean Oboy and her husband John of Maynard; a son, Elmer "Bud" Dundr Jr with whom Mary resided; a sister, Ann Shrieve of San Diego, California; and a few nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, with a vigil service to be held at 3:30 p.m. and PNA services at 3:45 p.m. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Maynard, with Fr. Thomas Graven the celebrant. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville.
