Mary Eileen Bumgardner, 81, of Belmont, Ohio, died July 18, 2022, at Emerald Pointe Nursing Home in Barnesville.

She was born June 14, 1941, in Glencoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Roman and Mary Moroski Borovich.

Mary was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Warnock Community Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by eight sisters, Helen Clark, Pauline Kestesson, Sophia Ruble, Mary Trytko, Anna Ball, Frances Beckett, Sheila Hughes, and Wanda Bunting, and four brothers, Roman, Henry, John, and Stanley Borovich.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Chester A. Bumgardner; four children, Kimberly Ann (Butch) Delloma, Chester Alan (Susan) Bumgardner, John Robert (Jo Ellen) Bumgardner, and Tonya Kristine (Chuck Leiffer) Brandon; a sister, Jeanne (Jim) Sayre; four grandchildren; a great granddaughter; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, on Thursday from 12 p.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., with Rev. David Demarest officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
