Martha Jane "Marti" Jamison, 77, of Glen Dale, West Virginia passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born October 4, 1948 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Eldron and Ina Decker Suter.

Martha was Director of History at the former Mount de Chantel Visitation Academy and a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church both of Wheeling.

Surviving are her husband, Floyd H. Jamison, II of Glen Dale; her children, Sarah White, Thomas Westfall, both estranged; her step children, Tracey Anne (Kevin) Winsky, Tere' Lyne (Steve) Peterson, Toni Lea (Doug) Boyle, Floyd H. Jamison, III, Tanya Jo Daniluk and Jason Thor (Rebecca) Jamison; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio.  A Memorial Service will be held at St. Matthews Episcopal Church at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
