Mark Alan Ramsay, 67, of Jacobsburg, OH passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at his home.  He was born July 18, 1955 in Bellaire, OH., a son of the late Harry E. and Vivian Elizabeth Crowe Ramsay.

Mark was a retired Carpenter with Local 186 of Steubenville, OH., a former member of Belmont United Presbyterian Church, and a U.S. Army Veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Penny Davolio Ramsay.

Surviving are his children, Jana Ramsay of Wheeling, WV., and Alex Ramsay of Bloomington, IN; siblings, Dale Ramsay of Jacobsburg, Linda (Rick) Planey of Key, OH., and Paula (Gary) Trump of St. Clairsville, OH; two grandchildren, Vincent and Evelyn Alston.

As per his wishes, no visitation or services are planned.
