Mark F. Palmer, 59, of Continuing Healthcare of Gahanna, Ohio formerly of Shadyside passed away January 1, 2020.

He was born on July 24, 1960 to the late Ronald E Palmer Sr. And Helen Gennavee Palmer.

Mark was a long-time employee for M&R Tire in Bellaire.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant brother.

He is survived by 2 brothers James (Kathy Halterman) Palmer of Shadyside and Ronald Palmer of Martins Ferry, Niece Crystal (Larry) Hicks of Pickerington Ohio, Nephews Ronald (Alyssa) Palmer of Clay NY, Micheal (Eugenia) Gallagher of Bellaire Ohio, several great nephews and nieces.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on Saturday from 11:30 A.M. until time of Service at 1:30 P.M. with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
