It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our son, Mark Anthony "Markie" Magnone Jr. on April 28, 2025, at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus. He was born September 29, 2005, he was 19 years old.

Markie loved music, his light up toys, he loved brushing his teeth and mommy singing to him.

He had a kind and beautiful soul and an infectious smile. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Surviving are his parents, Leslie and Mark Magnone; uncle Billy and aunt Patti Talik; cousins, Courtney and Ashley; aunt Lynnette and uncle Bob Cupp; cousins, Marissa and Steven; many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends; and two special friends, Dr. Sara Wetzel-Saffle, and Dr. Melissa Holtzlander, Markie's pulmonologist.

Markie was preceded in death by grandparents, Marlene Reeves, John Talick, Barbara and Tony Magnone.

We would like to thank Children's Hospital Staff for the care Markie received, especially Hanna from Music therapy.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m., with Rev. Jason Prati officiating. The burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
