Mark James Elerick, 61, of Flushing, Ohio died Friday, December 18, 2020 at his home.

He was born February 18, 1959 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Gerald James Elerick and Patricia Gonot Elerick.

Mark was a plant controller for Trivium Packaging and an avid Cleveland sports fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Andrew Jakubic.

Surviving are his two sons, Zachary James (Rebecca) Elerick and Jack Robert Elerick; his former wife, Jacqueline Colleen Thrash; brothers, Richard James "Rick" (Vickie) Elerick and Michael James Elerick; a sister, Rosemary Ann (Paul) Selmon; nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during the public visitation to be held on Tuesday at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Rock Hill Cemetery in Flushing, Ohio.
