Marjorie Ann Dunfee Filichia, 68, of Columbus, Ohio died December 18, 2020 at her home.
She was born in Barnesville, Ohio on March 2, 1952, a daughter of the late Harold Wilson Dunfee and Mary Blanche Christy Dunfee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her niece, Allison Dunfee. She was a 1970 Union Local High School graduate.

Surviving are sisters, Sarah (Bob) Bassler, of Columbus, Mary Ellen (Jack) Hannahs of Barnesville, Sandra (Tom) Snyder of Belmont and Susan (Keith) Ogilbee of Jacobsburg; a brother, Dean (Loretta) Dunfee of Belmont; 11 nieces and nephews, Chris (Yoly) Bassler, Crystal (Dominic) Pietranton, Melissa (Keith) Luyster, Eric and Tyler Dunfee, Christin (Jason) Ashley, Tom (Mary) Snyder, Kimberly (Dustin) Jarrett, Kevin (Savanna) Ogilbee and Kurtis (Josie) Ogilbee; one great niece and 9 great nephews.

She was a 1970 Union Local High School graduate. After continuing her education at the Columbus Business University, Marjorie worked for over 20 years as a legal secretary at Ward, Kaps, Bainbridge, Mauer, Bloomfield and Melvin. She most recently worked as an executive legal assistant at Reminger Co. LLC for over 20 years where she will be remembered as a woman of great intelligence, strength, compassion, and generosity. She was also an entrepreneur and co-owner of a cleaning business for many years. She is a member of the Hilliard Presbyterian Church where she served as a Deacon. Her interests included, reading, gardening and spending time with her family.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, with Pastor John Birkner officiating with burial in Concord Cemetery, Centerville.

A Celebration of Life Service will also be held at Hilliard Presbyterian Church in Hilliard, Ohio at a later time to be announced.
