Obituary
Dr. Mario Luigi Pellizzari, MD, 80, of Crescent Rd., St. Clairsville died Sunday, June 27, 2004 in Peterson Hospital, Wheeling.
He was born March 15, 1924 in Timmins, Ontario, Canada. A son of the late Antonio Pellizzari and Regina Gazzola Pellizzari.
Dr. Pellizzari was a retired physician from his family practice in Wheeling, a Catholic, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and past member of the Ohio County Medical Society, and American Medical Association.
Surviving are his wife, Janet Smith Pellizzari; a son Richard Pellizzari of Clio, Michigan; a daughter, Catherine Caucci of West Palm Beach, Florida; sister Adelia Kos of Timmins, Ontario, Canada; two Grandsons, Richard Antonio Pellizzari II, and Michael Anthony Pellizzari;
There will be no visitation or service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.
