Marilyn Diane Kemper, 77, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at Valley Hospice North, Steubenville, Ohio.  She was born November 30, 1946 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Leslie "Pete" and Delcie Clear Blon.

Marilyn was a homemaker and a former secretary for the former Time Loan of Bellaire.  She was very generous to major charities and a Protestant by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack, Bill and Freddie Blon; several sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

Surviving are her loving husband of 53 years, Eric L. Kemper of Bellaire; two daughters, Erin (Josh) Steffey of Wellsburg, West Virginia and Erica (Pete) Keller of Bellaire; two brothers, Joe (Carol) Blon and John "Pudden" Blon, both of Stewartsville; a granddaughter, Ella Keller; a special grand-dog, Cooper.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services on Saturday at 11 am with Pastor Larry Helms and Pastor Joe Blon officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Key, Ohio.
