Marilyn L. Henderson, 77 of Henderson Rd., St. Clairsville, Ohio died Saturday, July 5, 2008 in St. Clairsville.
She was born March 30, 1931 in Tippecanoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Lonnie Nester and Mary Smith Nester.
Marilyn was a homemaker, a member of the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville, the Farm Bureau, and a former 4-H Advisor for 40 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred J. Henderson in 1999.
Surviving are daughters, Ladonna (Robert) Workman of Bellaire, and Linda (Dan Nickerson) Langmyer of Wheeling; sons, Wayne (Mary) Henderson and Keith Henderson of St. Clairsville; a sister, Ola Jane Marshall of Triadelphia; 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Dorothy Henderson of St. Clairsville; sisters-in-law, Wilma Scarff of Des Plaines, Ill. and Doris Ochs of Frederick, Md.; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Homer Harden officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
