Obituary
Helen Marie Kuba, 95, of St. Clairsville, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2016 at her home.
She was born on February 13, 1920, in Oco, Ohio, a daughter of the late Louis Saki and Mary Ellen Conaway Saki.
Marie was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Kuba; four brothers, John, Albert, Thomas and Louis Saki; and two sisters, Emma Riley and Ethel Barkan.
Surviving are her two daughters, Barbara Griffith-Chambers of Kennerdell, Pennsylvania and Peggy (Dennis) Menoski of St. Clairsville; two grandchildren, Lynne (Michael) Griffith-Schall of Kennerdell, Pennsylvania and Jeffrey Menoski of St. Clairsville; and two sisters, Doris Brown of Texas and Kathryn Moore of Walton Hills, Ohio.
Family and friends will be received at Saint Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville on Friday, January 8th from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. with Father Edward Maxfield, the celebrant.
Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice, 10686 State Route 150, Rayland, OH 43943.
