Margaret P. Williams, 88, of Bellaire, Ohio died October 22, 2019 at her home.

She was born January 23, 1931 in the family home on Clover Ridge, Ohio, a daughter of the late William Christian Kanzigg and Eula Baker Kanzigg.

Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Martins Ferry.  She enjoyed gardening and bird watching.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin J. Williams, a son, Daniel Williams and two brothers, Raymond and Lester Kanzigg.

Surviving are her three children, Bruce Williams, Linda (Kirk) Pittman and Barbara (John) McGough; four sisters, Lenora Kocher, Eileen Delaney, Stella Johnson and Hazel Brown; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. with Minister Rod Kasler officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
