Margaret E. "Maggie" Webb, 53 of Belmont Habilitation Center, St. Clairsville died Friday, September 24, 2004 at her home.

She was born December 20, 1950 in Lorraine County, Ohio. A daughter of the late Robert Edward Webb and Margaret Eleanor Schwarts Webb.

Margaret moved to Belmont Habilitation Center on December 23, 1986. Known as Maggie to her friends and family she enjoyed looking nice in her dresses and hats, and giving the staff at BHC a run for their money. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Lori.

Surviving are brothers and sister, Roy Webb, Jerry Webb and Kathy Blackburn of Wheeling, WV and Robert Webb of Nashua, NH.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. until time of service at 2:30 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial follows in Oak View Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
