Margaret Elouise Palmer, age 96, of Key, Ohio died Thursday, July 14, 2005 at Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire.

She was born November 6, 1908 in Centerville, Ohio daughter of the late Robert and Effie Foreman Kinney.

Margaret was a retired school teacher from Bellaire Schools. She was a member of the Belmont United Presbyterian Church at Key Ridge, Bellaire.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ray Palmer and a sister, Elda Mae Dyke.

Surviving are her three children, Eugene L. Palmer of Shadyside, James Larry Palmer of Key and Naomi (H. Lee) Taylor of Key; eight grandchildren, Samra Mazzulli of Key, Greg Taylor of Indiana, Lisa St. John and Linda Smith both of Florida, Connie Twedt of Wardenville, West Virginia, Scott Palmer of Shadyside, Penny Kenamond of Wheeling and Lori Palmer of Cleveland; and ten great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m., with Pastor Pete Walburn officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery at Key.
