Margaret "Geets" Kimes, 90 of South Charleston, West Virginia formerly of Stewartsville, Ohio died Monday, April 25, 2005 in Charleston, West Virginia.
She was born at Stewartsville June 1, 1914 a daughter of the late Joseph and Martha Kraynak Planey.
Margaret was a homemaker and a member of the Clarksburg United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Sam Sutton and Denver Kimes; sisters and brothers Mary Sickimich, Ann Knight, Jean Clarke, Ellan Planey, Catherine Planey, Margaret Planey, John Planey and Joseph Planey.
Surviving are her sons Lowell (Virginia) Sutton of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Wilfred "Coonie" (Dorothy) Sutton of South Charleston, West Virginia; a sister Hazel Slotwinski of Stewartsville; grandchildren Jimmy Sutton, Margaret (Tom) Brown, Pete (Teresa) Sutton and Wilson (Deadra) Sutton; great grandchildren Paul Smith, Stephanie and Anna Sutton; step great grandson Branden Watts and great great grandson Dakota Hunter Smith.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville where services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. with Pastors Larry Helms and Chuck Mehl officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
