Obituary
Beckett, Margaret L. "Granny B", 76 of Beallsville, Ohio passed away Monday, June 10, 2013 at Woodsfield Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born September 6, 1936 in Shadyside, Ohio, a daughter of the late William Cole and Carrie Sickles Cole.
Margaret was a retired home health provider and a Methodist.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Beckett.
Surviving are her children, Mark (Carol) Beckett of Alledonia, Carrie (Curt) Dennison of Jerusalem, Whitney (Stacey) Sigler of Millersburg, Ohio, and Lee Beckett of Beallsville; a brother, William (Sandy) Cole of Jacobsburg; sisters, Ruth (Jim) Palmer of Bellaire, and Phyllis Strickland of Florida; grandchildren, Eric Dean (Heather) Leasure, Zach Sigler, Kiersten Sigler, Brenndon Sigler, Joey McNear, Heather McNear, Brittney Beckett, Jasmine Mcquery, Rachel (Jamie) Trigg, and Cole Beckett; eight great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with James W. Russ officiating. Burial follows in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
