Mamie E. Kinzy, 86, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Jacobs Well Assisted Living Facility in Bel Air, Maryland. She was born February 21, 1938, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles Russell McHugh and Mamie Miller McHugh and wife of the late Larry L. Kinzy.

Mamie was retired from Belmont Equipment in East Richland. She was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville. She loved spending time with family and enjoyed wildlife, nature and the outdoors.
In addition to her husband and parents: she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles William McHugh; a sister Marianne (McHugh) Jenkins; and a granddaughter Brooke Saulpaugh.

Surviving are her loving family; two sons, Scott A. (Terri) Kinzy of Rochester, Minnesota and Brad L. (Nancy) Kinzy of Bel Air, Maryland; a daughter, Jennifer L. (Ed) Saulpaugh of Clearwater, Florida; a sister, Dorothy (McHugh) DiNapoli of St. Clairsville; a brother, Raymond Russell McHugh of Pace, Florida; five grandchildren: Kate Knutson; Alan Kinzy; Joshua Saulpaugh; Tyler Kinzy; Nicholas Kinzy; and two great grandchildren: Finn Knutson and Soren Knutson.

There will be a private graveside service to be held at the convenience of the family in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville with Reverend Jeffrey Croft officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
