Mae Beatrice Weekley, 96, of Cambridge, OH., formerly of Senecaville, OH passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Cardinal Place, Cambridge.  She was born February 4, 1927 in Warwood, WV., a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Hill Smith.

Mae was a retired custodian for the Shadyside High School and a member of Stop Nine Church of Christ in Byesville, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Edward Roth, Jr.; her second husband, Edward Ross Weekley; a son, Melvin Roth; a brother, Worley Smith; two sisters, Ada Virtue and Lucy Margaret Rusnak; a grandson, Jimmy Roth.

Surviving are her children, Harry V. (Nancy) Roth of Lima, OH., Beverly McLane of Shadyside, OH., Robert L. (Diana) Roth of Bellaire, OH; a daughter-in-law, Carolyn Roth of Shadyside; stepchildren, Jeff (Michelle) Weekley of Brunswick, OH and JoEllen (James) Gardner of Belpre, OH; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 10 am until time of funeral services at 12 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, OH with Gene West officiating.  Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan Point, OH.
