LYNNETTE SICKLES

Lynnette Arlene Burriss Sickles, 67, of Bellaire, Ohio, died November 27, 2021, at her home peacefully after a courageous battle with brain cancer.

She was born September 5, 1954, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Max and Judy Liston Burriss.

Lynnette had retired from Oglebay Institute, where she served as Executive Assistant to President and supported Church Alive in Bellaire. She loved dearly her many nieces, nephews, and grandkids, doting on them always.

Lynnette is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ernie Sickles; daughter, Laurie Jo Sickles and her husband, Kevin Crouse; and two brothers, Rex Burriss and Mark Burriss.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Lewis officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain.
