Lucy D. Maleski's Obituary
Lucy D. Maleski, 89, of Lafferty Rd., St. Clairsville, died Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Liza's Place in Wheeling.
She was born July 22, 1925 in Freeport, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles Johnson and Lucy Bumgardner Johnson.
Lucy was a homemaker and attend East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Maleski; a daughter, Peggy Webb; 8 brothers, Wilbur, Bill, Richard, Harold, Charles, Louis, Marion and Donald Johnson; 2 sisters, Emma Cordner and Lillie Paytash.
Surviving are her three sons, Dr. S. Steve (Agnes) Maleski of Oak Ridge, NC, Charles P. Maleski of Dillonvale, and Richard A. (Cindy) Maleski of Bridgeport; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville and again on Thursday from Noon until time of service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ray A. Benesh officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
