Louise Frances Moore, 94, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died May 27, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born November 11, 1926 in Bridgeport, Ohio a daughter of the late Charles Liska Sr. and Mary Romish Liska.

Louise was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and being active. Louise loved to travel and took many cruises and vacations all over the world.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Moore and two brothers, Charles Liska Jr. and Robert Liska.

Surviving are her two daughters, Brenda Lee Moore and Marlene Kay Moore and her granddaughter, Sierra Nicole (Kevin Miller) Moore.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville with Rev. Tom Jones officiating.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
