Louie Charles Passa, January 5, 1961- April 6,2026 went to be with the lord while surrounded by his family and friends.

Louie was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Passa and his brother. Frank (Pete) Passa.

Louie will be sadly missed everyday by his wife Stacey Passa of St. Clairsville, his father Frank L. Passa of Port Orange FL, son Ryan Passa and daughter Ruby Passa both of Bellaire, sister Karen (Bob) Kurucz of Hopewell and grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. most of all his pride and joy Willie (doggie) whom was always at his feet or very close by.

Louie worked several years at Country Club rehabilitation as a maintenance director and maintenance at Aimbridge Hospitality. Louie was a veteran of the US Army and a lifetime member of VFW Post 626 Bellaire, Ohio. Louie was a great Husband, Father, Brother and friend that was usually seen enjoying watching the Buckeyes football game or disagreeing with his cousin Joe Pedelose, who was like a brother, about who was going to win or lose a baseball game, wrestling match or football game.

Celebration of Louie will be at the VFW Post 626 Bellaire, Ohio at 5pm on April 25, 2026.
