Lloyd Houston "Pug" Tucker, Sr., 71 of Homko Rd., Jacobsburg died Thursday, March 4, 2004 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling.
He was born February 26, 1933 in Hometown, WV. A son of the late James Arthur Tucker and Eva Bailey Tucker.
He was a retired coal miner from North American Coal Company?s No. 3 Mine, and a member of Church Alive in Key, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Charlotte Margaret Bailey Tucker; sisters, Annabelle Carney and Violet Bailey; grandson, Micah Shawn Tucker.
Surviving are his wife, Norma Jean Palmer McGill Tucker; two sons, Rickie Lee Tucker and Lloyd Tucker, Jr. of Jacobsburg; daughter Charlotte Ann Evans of Shadyside; step daughters, Andrea Elaine McGill of Powhatan Point and Kimberly Sue Tucker of Jacobsburg; sister, Genevieve Landers of Bancroft, WV.; brothers, Eldon Tucker of Bancroft, WV., and Gerald Tucker of Indiana.; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Saturday from 2 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Lewis Officiating.
Friends then received on Monday from noon until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Haven of Rest Cemetery in Red House, WV.
