Lisa Ann Bowen Kazmirski, 55, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died July 20, 2023, after her courageous battle with cancer.

She was born February 19, 1968, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late David and Helen Snyder Bowen.

Lisa earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Wheeling Jesuit University and worked at WVU Wheeling Hospital. She helped countless people throughout her career. Prior employment included: the VA Clinic, as an RN at Tomorrow's Corner, Inc. where she established the nursing and medication administration processes when the company was founded, and various home health and hospital settings.

She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and could be seen at her sons' every sporting event as their biggest fan and proud mom.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Bowen and her father-in-law, Larry E. Kazmirski.

Lisa is survived by her husband of 21 years, Michael Kazmirski; sons, Matt (Alecia) Furbee, Gannon Kazmirski and Harison Kazmirski; three grandchildren; three sisters, Marilyn Bowen, Leona Rosenthal, and Cherryie (Greg) Wisyanski; a brother, Ralph Bowen; mother-in-law, Martha Kazmirski; and brother-in-law, Greg (Lisa) Kazmirski; and nieces and nephews.

Honoring Lisa's wishes, there will be no public services. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.

Lisa would have wanted friends and family to contribute, in her memory, to their favorite charity or cause, or to pay forward through a random act of kindness.
