Linda Lou Schmitt, 77, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died February 8, 2022, in Weirton Medical Center.

She was born June 29, 1944, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Earl Edwin Schmitt and Agnes Marie Neutzling Schmitt.

Linda was a retired employee of Tri-State Printing in Steubenville. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 159 in St. Clairsville. Linda was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed sports, especially golf.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry A. Schmitt and Michael G. Schmitt.

She is survived by her sister, Carol Lee Sweeney of St. Clairsville and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
