Linda Morgan, cherished wife of Tom Morgan and mother of Aimee (Dr. Shawn) Stern and Melanie Norris, passed away January 26, 2022.  She was born February 25, 1949, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to Frank and Helen Nosal Krapa of Wolfhurst, Ohio.  She is survived by her husband and daughters, her twin brother, Frank (Annette) Krapa III, and her grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jacob Stern, and Avamarie and Morgan Norris.

Linda graduated from St. John Central High School and earned a degree in elementary education from Ohio University.  She retired from Belmont County Juvenile Court where she organized the original guardian ad-litem program and was the court's liaison with children's services.

Her affiliations included membership at Christ the King Lutheran Church, National Trail Questers, Friends of the Library, and various book club and craft activities.

Visitation and services at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville will be Monday, January 31, 2022, from Noon to time of service at 2 p.m., Pastor Nancy Destefano officiating, with burial to follow at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
