Lester Reymann Milton, 88, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Belmont Manor Nursing Home. He was born October 22, 1937, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Harold Lester Milton and Helena Ernst Milton.
Lester was a retired Senior Chief for the United States Navy, with just shy of 30 years of service. He was the former President and Docent for the Belmont County Historical Society. He was a volunteer for the Home Repair Work Team at the House of the Carpenter. He was a woodworker that also made stained glass and restored pump organs and antique furniture in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Jane Milton.
He is survived by a daughter, Sheryl (Curtis) Clark of Steubenville, Ohio; two sons, Mark (Debbie) Milton of California, Maryland and Jeff (Wilma) Milton of Billings, Montana; a brother, Ronald Milton; five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
As per his wishes, no visitation or funeral services are planned.
